Get professional ONLINE VIDEO HITTING INSTRUCTION without leaving your hometown. With the use of your video camera you can receive personal instruction from E.B.A. Director, Darin Everson. Our online instructional lessons utilize digital slow motion, applicable on-screen graphics and valuable voice-over-the-video instruction, which allows you to hear our evaluation rather than just seeing words on paper. Through the JC Video Motion Analysis System our online video instruction is like having your own personal lesson in the comfort of your own home. The completed analysis is easily sent to your personal email address to be played on your computer’s media player. This online video analysis can be saved on your computer for future reference to help you best apply the instruction.

Who: Any baseball or softball player who wants to improve their baseball swing – ages seven to adult.
When: Available all year long: single lesson and package lessons available
Cost: Depends on the online lesson choice. This form is for check or money order registration.

FIRST STEP: Use Video from an EBA camp -OR- Video Record your baseball swing.

Then choose ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS (a. or b.):

a. Mail the video to us on a mini-DV tape (non-returnable) to be replayed by our mini-DV player and uploaded into our JC Video Motion Analysis System.
b. Upload the video of your swings to your computer and save them as a .wmv OR .avi file. Then email us your five best swings to elitebaseballacademy@live.com.

- Five Swings of the Digital Video Captured from an E.B.A. Camp without any video analysis of your swing. These
swings will be sent to your email address that can be played on your computer.. You don’t need to video anything.

HITTING VIDEO “All-Star” - $50.00
- Video of two of your best swings from the camp segmented into separate clips.
- Evaluated with our voice-over-the-video capability, slow motion and on-screen video graphics.
- All instruction is designed to help you maximize your “energy transfer” through the ball.

HITTING VIDEO “Hall of Fame” - $75.00
- Video of two of your best swings from the camp segmented into separate clips.
- Evaluated with our voice-over-the-video capability, slow motion and on-screen video graphics.
- Synchronized split screen instruction will allow you to see a side-by-side comparison of your swings to see
the similarities and differences between them in order to show your best, repeatable swing.
- All instruction is designed to help you maximize your “energy transfer” through the ball.

- Three Lessons in 4-month period (length of pre- and regular-season) All three lessons will include all of the lesson highlights of
the Hitting Video “ Hall of Fame” level that include synchronized split screen instruction used to compare video from each lesson
(ex: compare lesson one and two, etc) to show adjustments that have been made and what to work on for the next lesson.
